Planned Maintenance
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is as the name suggests. Done correctly, an annual or biannual planned maintenance visit can not only extend the life of your equipment, but will guarantee to reduce the running costs and wear on parts.
Blocked condenser coils, dirty evaporator coils, and low refrigerant levels are all common problems that will result in much higher electricity bills due to higher power usage.
Also, in the interest of hygiene, dirty fan coils, display cabinets and ice machines result in bacteria growth and an unsafe environment where it can continue to grow. We use food safe disinfectant chemicals to reduce the risk of these problems and keep the area safe.
F Gas
Due to recent laws, the F Gas regulation is trying to reduce the risks of global warming. Because of this, many refrigeration and air conditioning systems now require and annual leak check by law. During a maintenance visit, we carry out the relevant F Gas checks and advise the client of anything they need to be made aware of.
